Returns/Exchanges


No refunds accepted. Exchange or defect inquiries must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Any item with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 24 hours from when the shipment is received.

Please email info@aperta.ca for any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving the items.

Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria.

Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange. 

If you meet the above criteria and wish to submit a claim for an exchange please Include the following in your email to Info@Aperta.ca:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. A photograph of the damaged item
